FAQ
Is this an AI tool?+
Yes. The chatbot replies, intelligence layer drafts, and pricing engine all run on Claude (Anthropic) for inference and Voyage for retrieval. Every outbound message a human will see is reviewed by a human first. We never train models on your data.
Where is my data stored?+
In the UK on Supabase Postgres (London region, eu-west-2). Personal data is deleted 30 days after closure; financial records are anonymised and retained for six years per HMRC. Full sub-processor list at /sub-processors.
Can I export my data?+
Yes, one click from the dashboard. The export is a ZIP including JSON and CSV of every tenant table you have access to.
What happens if I cancel?+
You get a 30-day reactivation window. After that, personal data is removed. Financial records are anonymised. No surprises.
Do you train AI models on my data?+
No. Our DPAs with Anthropic and Voyage explicitly exclude our prompts from training corpora.
How do I get started?+
